STEVEN WALTER CHARITY FOUNDATION DINNER

The Steven Walter Foundation’s purpose is to raise money for childhood cancer research and to support children with cancer and their families - with your help this vital work continues.

Our dinner is at the Vanguard Restaurant, Cronulla and I would like to extend an invitation to you and your friends to join us for a relaxing and enjoyable Sicilian dinner while listening to live music.

  Served naked with lemon & cracked pepper
  Breaded with a shallot, parmesan cream.
  Baked with spinach perno and ciabatta crumbs $18/$28


• Garlic prawns served in a sizzle pot with chili, shallot, brandy , tomato and olive oil $18


• Stuffed eggplant and tomato filled with parmesan cheese, bread and fresh herbs $14


• Seafood bouillabaisse with a hint of cream and ciabatta dipping bread $18


• Crisp squid on a rocket radicchio salad with sun dried capsicum tapenade $16


• Italian polpetti ( meat balls ) with simple tomato sauce and basil leaves $14


• Black shell mussels in a chorizo , chili & garlic sherry and napoli sauce $17

• Spaghetti tossed with seafood in a garlic chili and parsley & lemon virgin olive oil $22


• Confit truffled duck linguine with baby spinach and veal jus $22

• Oven roasted Chicken breast on crisp polenta with sicilian olives spinach and crisp proscuitto $26

• Slow roasted Duck leg with tuscan cabbage , roasted apple & orange port wine sauce $28


• Braised Lamb shanks with a tomato, rosemary jus & creamed mash potato $26
